By signing up and becoming a member with the HTS lifestyle web site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and completely as they constitute an agreement between you and HTS lifestyle.com. You must agree to, and follow, all the terms and conditions in this agreement in order to become and remain a member of HTS Lifestyle.com.




1. Age Requirement
   • This is an Adult site. Minors are not allowed to join, view, or use any of the services provided in this site. You represent, warrant, and solemnly declare that you are at least 18 years of age. Misrepresenting your age in order to access this site may be a violation of local, State, and US Federal law.
   
   
2. Right of Use & Changes to Terms of Service
• Your right to use this service is subject to conditions and restrictions set by HTS lifestyle.com and may be changed or modified at anytime at the sole discretion of HTS lifestyle.com. This service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued in part or whole at any time. HTS lifestyle.com may also impose limits on, or restrict use of, any or all parts of this service without notice or liability.


3. Members Conduct
• Membership is for your use only and may not be transferred or assigned to anyone else. You agree that you will not let person or persons under the age of 18 view or use the services provided in this site.
• You agree that you are solely responsible for any information or pictures you post on HTS lifestyle.com.
• By becoming a member of HTS lifestyle.com you agree not to engage in any actions that is abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others (including but not limited to privacy rights or copyrights of others).
• You also agree not to post, promote, or distribute, any material that contains a solicitation or advertising. Nor will you upload or disseminate any computer virus, Trojan horses, or anything which could harm HTS lifestyle.com or any of its members.


4. Members Profiles & Pictures
• Member Profiles are to contain true and accurate information about the person or couple in the profile, including but not limited to the complete birthday, month, & year of the member the birthyear will not show in the public profile). Members may not have more than one profile.
• Profiles may not contain any descriptions or pictures of anyone under the age of 18 years. Pictures containing or appearing to contain children or child pornography of any kind will be removed and turned over to local law enforcement. Your membership will be banned and your ISP will be notified.
• Your Profile may not contain: abusive or racist statements; descriptions of illegal acts or acts deemed pornographic by the local community (ie. sex with minors or animals); advertising or solicitations; unauthorized pictures or descriptions of persons other than user creating the profile; or any links to external websites.
• Member Pictures are subject to the same terms and conditions as Member Profiles. HTS lifestyle.com is not a 'porn' site. Members are urged to be tasteful in the type and quality of pictures they upload. All members assumed responsibility for all images uploaded and have certified all pictures submitted are legal in content, of individuals 18 years of age or older, and do not infringe upon anyone's copyright.
• Member pictures showing genitalia must be placed in a 'private album'. Any picture showing genitalia uploaded to the general member area will be deleted.
• Members should be aware that while steps are taken to protect your pictures from being copied, no system is fool proof and some determined individuals may be able to copy your pictures. It is suggested that you add a copyright tag to all pictures you upload to this or any site on the internet.
• Your Pictures may not contain: descriptions of images that are abusive or racist; images depicting illegal or pornographic acts; images of children or of anyone under the age of 18 years; images of others without their permission or knowledge; or any advertising, solicitations or links to external websites.


5. Privacy Policy
• The privacy of all members is of great concern to HTS lifestyle.com and every effort will be made to protect members privacy. HTS lifestyle.com will only use information provided by members internally. No member information, pictures, or e-mail addresses, will be sold or transferred to third parties. HTS lifestyle will not give any third parties permission to copy or download member information, pictures, or e-mail address. Members should take precautions to protect their user name and password. Members should also take care in giving out any personal information (such as e-mail address, phone numbers, pictures, or home addresses) to other members. Be sure you know who this person is before devolving such information.
• HTS lifestyle.com & K C Enterprises does NOT store any credit card information on it's servers. Any payments made for subscriptions to K C Enterprises for services, are Non Refundable. These include but are not limited to services for website subscriptions and access to member parties.


6. Links
• This Site and Application may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that K C Enterprises, HTS Lifestyle.com, HoustonTexasSwingers.com or their owners/agents, are not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or (ii) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by K C Enterprises of such websites or resources or the content, products, or services available from such websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.


7. Indemnity
• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, HTS lifestyle.com & K C Enterprises, its owners, directors, and agents, from any loss, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees)relating to or arising out of your use as a member of HTS lifestyle.com, including but not limited to any breach of this 'Agreement' by HTS lifestyle.com or you, or any complaint or charges made by others against you.
• In the event HTS lifestyle.com deems it necessary to remove your membership, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, HTS lifestyle.com, & K C Enterprises, its owners, directors, and agents, from any loss, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to your membership information, mail messages, pictures, and any other information accumulated on the site.


8. No Warranties
• The HTS lifestyle.com web site is provided on an "as is" basis. There is no warranty that the service will not be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, interruptions, or loss of data at anytime, which may be out of the control of HTS lifestyle.com. You agree that there is no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You fully understand that use of HTS lifestyle.com is at your own risk. You also understand that data or pictures placed on this website by you could possibly be viewed, copied, or downloaded, without your permission.
